Spicy quail + BBQ sauce
My husband goes hunting, so our menu often quail. Of course, this way it is possible to cook and the chicken will turn out not worse. Also I really want to share with you cooking of barbecue sauce, which is perfect for any meat.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Ketchup

    1.5 cup

  • Water

    0.3 cup

  • Honey

    0.5 cup

  • Lemon juice

    8 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Game

    8 piece

  • Olive oil

    0.5 cup

  • Sauce

    0.5 cup

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Pepper green

    1 piece

For the marinade above will need the barbecue sauce. You can of course buy ready-made, but I prefer to do it yourself. Besides, it is much tastier than store-purchased. Finely chop 1 onion and gently fry it in butter (50g).

Add to the pan 1 Cup. ketchup, 0.25 Cup. honey, 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp Worchester sauce, 0.3 Cup. water and pepper.

Boil sauce about 10 minutes after boiling.

When sauce thickens, put it in a jar. Stored in the refrigerator. I kept it 2 weeks.

Quail, cut lengthwise into 2 parts.

In a bowl, mix 0.5 Cup. ketchup, 0.5 Cup. olive oil, 0.5 stack. barbecue sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 chopped tooth. garlic, 6 tbsp lemon juice, finely chopped hot pepper and 0.25 Cup. honey. Put the quails in the marinade. Leave overnight in the fridge.

Fry on a barbecue, periodically lubricating the marinade. Or you can cook quail in the oven.
