Chicken fillet with a spicy filling, baked in foil
The idea of this recipe I owe Tanya - chudo. Incredible, tender, delicious chicken. Delicious dish for a picnic.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Sundried tomatoes

    4 piece

  • Mozzarella

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

  • Thyme

  • Balsamic

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Chicken breast (without bones) wash, dry it with a towel, cut along the thickness, but not until the end, beats.

Pour the lemon juice, soy sauce, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper (I have a mixture of peppers). I don't add salt, I think that is enough salt in soy sauce.

With the edge of the breast put a ring mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, sprinkle with dry thyme (if you have one, put fresh sprigs), sprinkle with olive oil.
