Description

You really feel the lack of vitamins. So I decided to upgrade it as much as possible in one dish. So the vegetables weren't so boring and bland I added the spicy condiments. Indian masala, a little curry paste. The dish is immediately "played".

Cooking

step-0
Wash the vegetables and peel. To cut into sticks. The spinach I took ready, clean, cut and frozen.
step-1
Fry the vegetables in hot vegetable oil at a time. First onions, then carrots, celery, peppers, zucchini, cabbage and tomato. Fry the eggplant separately because they will take all the oil. Already fried eggplant, add to other vegetables. And last but not least, not defrosting, place the spinach.
step-2
Salt to taste ground sea salt, add some freshly ground black pepper. Taste very carefully little by little add the spices" masala" and slowly (especially if this taste you are not familiar with) dissolve in the water, curry paste and also add to vegetables. Stir and taste for flavor. If you are satisfied, you can turn off the stove.
step-3
While we prepare our rice paper in which we serve. To do this, pour cold water into the vessel and immerse for a few seconds the paper in the water. The packaging says that you need to keep the 1 min but it's a lot of paper leaving. I keep about 15-20 seconds. You yourself check. As soon as it becomes elastic, immediately remove, and then break)))
step-4
Let's get to serving. First, prepare the platform.
step-5
When you wrap vegetables in paper, remember that it is almost transparent, so put the vegetables so that the bottom was the most vivid, beautiful vegetables. And then we put our beauty on a plate.
