Cake of couscous with meat buns, bright on the outside and interesting inside. Very flavorful, hearty and delicious.

Cooking
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. To the stuffing add finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste.
100g cheese RUB on a small grater, squeeze the sorrel defrost and mix with cheese, add a handful of green peas and stir again. From stuffing make the cake put some curd in the middle and form a ball with the filling inside. (do not make balls too big the optimal size of a walnut)
200 grams of cheese RUB on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes. Cream and eggs mix with the couscous, add the cheese and stir.
Form (I have 24cm) vistream baking paper. It's more convenient then to listen to our pie. Spread 1/3 of the mixture with the couscous. Cover the balls.
On top of the balls and distributed them among the remaining mixture with couscous. My balls are big turned out so a little bulge. But it's not terrible. Put into the oven for 40 minutes.
The remaining 100g of cheese RUB on a grater. After 40 minutes, the temperature in the oven add the maximum, and get the pie. Spread on top of peas and sprinkle with cheese and put in oven to brown the cheese.
Ruddy pie take out from the oven allow to cool a little, spread on a plate and served to the table.
