Fish sticks
Very tasty and healthy dish. Cooks very fast and just as quickly eaten up! Try, I'm sure no one will remain indifferent!!!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Corn flakes

    2 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

Cooking

Fish fillet cut into cubes about 2-3 cm in length.

Corn flakes slightly crushed. Eggs a little whisk, add salt and spices (and without them) and mix well.

Fish cubes one by one dip first in the flour,

Fry in a pan in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
