Cooking
Make dough. I use the breadmaker. Load ingredients according to the instructions. After mixing it turns out to be a bun that fits in the bread maker.
Filling: Boil eggs, peel and slice. Fry in olive oil onions, add shredded cabbage, salt and simmer on low heat until the desired degree of softness.
Crank grinder pre-cooked heart. Fry in a pan in olive oil the onion, add the heart and leeks. Because heart is quite dry, add the olive oil and soy sauce for richness of the filling.
The dough is ready. Spread. Abenaim.
Divide the dough into 4 parts. One part roll out and put on the bottom, pre-smetanoj and floured form, so as to close the sides.
Spread the filling. Usually I mix the cabbage with the egg, but today I decided to put layers. Do as You want. Warmed the oven up to 180 degrees.
Cover the top with the second piece of dough, roll out as You like. I cut into strips and made a random pattern.
Lubricates the top of cake with egg, milk or what You like. I sprinkled with sesame seeds. Sent in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. Be guided by Your oven!
The second pie. Also roll out of the dough. Moving into shape and spread the filling. Forming a top.
Bake the same way. I put the egg with the milk and nutmeg.
Don't know which tastes better... but the kids, which hooks at the words liver, heart, etc. said that the taste of the cake with the heart is the same as in kindergarten taste of potato gratin... whatever it was, pies... anything about the experiment... corn flour betrayed a surprising swing to the test but to work with him harder..
