This salad I tried this summer in the remote town of Artem, near Vladivostok. The original salad called "Spanish", but the site already has a recipe with the same name, so the name had to change. Attracted me to this salad unusual bright appearance, and then subdued and its unique taste. For him I learned how to prepare Pesto sauce. Highly recommend the salad lovers of bright and unusual flavors!
