Let's start with the cream: once this idea I borrowed from mai4ik, modifying it in their own way. Allow to cool and place in the refrigerator. To get in the morning from the refrigerator and beat with a mixer until silky.
Beat eggs with sugar, add sour cream, soda, condensed milk and vanilla and carefully mix everything, add the flour. Form of grease with margarine and bake two Korzh (at 150*C). Cakes cut in half, in the end we have 4 Korzh.
Sour cream (I took 20% because wanted the cream was liquid) to put in the freezer for 15 minutes. Then beat 10 minutes with electric mixer. In mass (of halva, chocolate and cream), add a spoonful of sour cream and mix well. And now the cream is ready.
