Description
Gyros - a version of the Shawarma, which is prepared in Greece. In Rhodes we ate Gyros with French fries and tomatoes, and I decided to make a lightweight version. I really like what Gyros is prepared in 10 minutes and can be as a full dinner or a quick treat for unexpected guests.

Cooking
First, prepare the sauce: squeeze 1 clove of garlic.
The basis of sauce - natural yogurt with no additives.
Instead of salt and pepper, I add soy sauce.
Mix everything and put into the refrigerator.
Chicken fillet cut into small strips.
Put in a pan with olive oil, pour soy sauce and sprinkle with paprika.
Red onion cut into half rings and marinate in Apple cider vinegar (5 minutes).
This time we bought pita bread with bran, we liked it more than ordinary, because it is easier to digest and gives a feeling of heaviness.
