Rice with crayfish tails
Today we take a trip to the Kuban, with beautiful nature, rivers full of fish and crayfish. In the old days, when crayfish were caught by hand and caught buckets full of them prepared many different dishes, including rice! We not only eat rice with crayfish, but will also walk through the Cossack village of the time of Catherine the second.
