Description

Oyster mushrooms, baked potato and squash layers
Spring casserole. From childhood from all the most favorite mushrooms - oyster mushrooms! In the Krasnodar region, where I was born, these mushrooms grow on the trunks of walnuts. Like this: go home from school and all the trees look around in search of the treasured mushrooms. Oh, as soon as my grandma and they didn't! Oyster mushrooms – this favorite filling in the pie, and seasoning in the salads, mushroom soup, fragrant with the oyster mushrooms. Today and cooked up the most this spring casserole, main filling it - our mushrooms, and layers of potatoes and young green zucchini. (I added this pie to a small plate of pork for satiety, if you do without meat, the casserole is more easy).

Cooking

step-0
My oyster mushrooms and processed (cutting mushrooms is not necessary, even if they are different in size),
step-1
Pork cut into thin slices, add salt, a little freshly ground pepper and "herbs of Provence", marinate for 15 minutes (this step can be deleted).
step-2
Cut the onion and fry it in sunflower oil until transparent color. Fry oyster mushrooms in sunflower oil until tender, but do not fry. Add the fried onion, cook oyster mushrooms together with the onion for another 2 minutes.
step-3
Grate the zucchini (it will give richness to our casserole and spring vitamins))), and children who don't like courgettes (among them my daughter), will not even notice his presence!
step-4
Three grated potatoes.
step-5
Mix the zucchini with the potatoes, add salt, stir again.
step-6
Form grease with the sauce for baking (with mushroom flavor) (does not matter).
step-7
Evenly spread the potatoes and zucchini (half).
step-8
Lay out a layer of pork.
step-9
Pork arrange the mushrooms, add 0.5 cups of warm water.
step-10
Spread the remaining half of the potatoes with zucchini. On top of our casserole sauce for baking (photo shows a close-up, in fact, the sauce there is a little less than 80 grams), put in oven (180 degrees) for half an hour. Notice that each layer of grease with sauce (or mayonnaise) don't! In this dish the sauce is only used to impregnate the lower layer and the formation of the upper crust.
step-11
Served with greens!
step-12
Bon appetit))
