Carrots in Korean
This tasty dish will become an essential attribute for your holiday table. The carrot becomes so delicious that it is simply impossible to break away. I would like to share a recipe that gave me the mother-in-law and gave to make it a special grater.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 kg

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 piece

Cooking

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Carrots - wash, peel, grate on a special grater for the carrots in Korean.

Add ground black pepper, red pepper, vinegar, salt, sugar, garlic through the frog.
