Dessert of pink grapefruit and yogurt
Easy and quick to prepare dessert, sweet and sour, with a noble bitterness from the grapefruit. Layer cookies adds a crunchy element, a pleasant combination of soft yogurt fruit weight.

Ingredients

  • Grapefruit

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Gelatin

    2 piece

  • Cookies

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    400 ml

Grapefruit peeled, the film and seeds, pulp grind to pieces and it is important in this process to collect all the juice. To the pulp add the sugar and stir, the sugar should melt.

Cut the gelatin with scissors into pieces and leave to swell in 2 tablespoons of water.

Cookies to break into pieces with a rolling pin and then chop. Tastes better if left small pieces. If a cookie is soft, dry it in the oven. Crumb divide into dessert cups.

Yogurt mixed with grapefruit pulp and beat in melted gelatin (I do it in the microwave for a couple). Yogurt mixture is poured into dessert cups and put in the fridge for 2-3 hour.

The finished dessert should be soft and serve it right in the cups. You can decorate the pulp of the grapefruit, figurines made of white chocolate or edible beads.
