Apple pie
The fall season is apples. But this pie tastes better with Antonovka. I love him very much. I bake every weekend. Can be similar the recipe is on the website. I was not looking. But I (I think) came up with it myself. I have a big family so I cook a large portion. If someone does a lot of it can be prepared half.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    8 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Semolina

    0.66 cup

  • Sour cream

    0.5 l

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Apples clean, cut into cubes

Combine all the ingredients. Flour, sugar, semolina, sour cream, egg, soda ( I don't extinguish). The dough should get as thick sour cream.

Mix with apples. Form of grease with butter. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the oven for 30 minutes and another 5 minutes baked on top
