Very fun and refreshing cocktail. For the contest "Burnt by the sun"
Ingredients

Water
2 cup

Green tea
5 g

Grapefruit
1 piece

BlackBerry
50 g

Powdered sugar
2 Tbsp

Lemon
1 piece

Ice
Cooking
Boil water and brew tea for 5 minutes. Cool.
The pulp of the grapefruit mix together with the blackberries, icing sugar and lemon.
All whipped in a blender.
Pass the mass through a sieve. Add the tea and mix everything. Fill a tall glass impaled with ice, pour the cocktail and garnish the glass with lime wheel.
