Ingredients. Of this amount, I got 16 pieces.
The rice I prepared in the evening. Washed, lay on a towel, dry over night and in the morning. Then ground it in a coffee grinder. I have to say that I have spetsapparat for these purposes. Bought 25 years ago in order to make porridge for one year old son.
Apples clean from the skin and seeds, cut into slices. In a bowl put the apples, eggs, and cheese. Punching everything in a blender until smooth.
Now add yogurt, sugar and soda. Mix well. Add the butter and, stirring with a whisk, add the rice flour. The dough is obtained as thick cream.
You can bake in molds before brushing them with oil. I just put paper molds in the iron and filled, a little before reaching the top.
Bake at t= 180*With about 20 - 25 minutes (until dry matches).
I would also like to talk about the crumb. The touch is very similar to sponge. A lot of small pores, which are springy when pressed. It is very gentle and soft structure. This is probably due to the rice flour. The taste is vaguely reminiscent of gingerbread.
