Cooking
Peel 2 oranges, better with a knife, so no skins. Cut into slices and divide into segments (did the first time, the recipe requires slices, but better still into slices to share, then put on a plate much easier). 3rd orange cut in half and squeeze the juice.
Half of the cookie spread in a dish (deep). Mix the liqueur with 4 tbsp of orange juice. A half of liquor with juice water biscuits and spread on top of half oranges.
Mix the icing sugar with a fixer for cream. Mascarpone and yogurt beat with a mixer and gradually add the powdered sugar with the binder, for taste add 1-2 tbsp of orange juice. Half of the cream spread on oranges. And again, biscuit, liqueur, juice, oranges and cream. Put 1 hour in the refrigerator. Before you put on the table, sprinkle with cocoa.
Note: if making for children, the liqueur can be replaced with juice or nectar.
