Cookies
I'm sure many know this method of cooking cookie through a meat grinder! I even had once a special nasadowski for shaped cookies. I propose to recall the old (slightly updated by me) recipe

Ingredients

  • Flour

    8 cup

  • Margarine

    450 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Essence

    0.5 pack

Cooking

eggs lightly whisk with sugar

melt the margarine (I had 250 g margarine 200 g plums. butter), cooled slightly and added to the mixture

add baking powder and thoroughly mixed (sugar should be fully dissolved)

the resulting mixture was divided approximately in half and in one half add cocoa

sifted flour (4стакана)

knead the dough

in the second half of the mixture for added flavor here's a (1 bottle - 2 g, I add paphlagonica), the remaining flour

the second half of the dough ready

spread the dough in a bowl, cover with film and put in the fridge to froze (I was almost a day, waiting for me with work)

frozen dough cut into pieces for convenience, it is better the dough be kept in the refrigerator and take the piece that did not melt

pass the dough through a meat grinder, chunks spread on the laid paper baking sheet (the process to take a picture failed, both hands were busy!)

put it in the oven 200 deg for 20 min. these are the cookies turned out
