Cooking

step-0
Chicken fillet cut rather thin, long strips.
step-1
For the marinade mix the chopped garlic, ginger and the grated peel of half a lemon, add sugar, soy sauce (preferably dark) and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Fillet and mix with the marinade and leave to marinate for 30 minutes. A small digression: I use sweet dark soy sauce if You have the opportunity to buy it, then add sugar in the marinade is not necessary.
step-2
While the chicken is marinating, prepare the sauce. Onion finely chop and saute in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil until Golden brown. Remove from heat, in hot oil add cumin and coriander.
step-3
When the butter is slightly cool, add to taste hot red pepper, soy sauce, sugar, juice of half a lemon, peanut butter and stir. If there is no possibility of peanut butter to buy, here is the recipe for homemade: http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/274 21/
step-4
Add the milk and bring to boil on small fire, stirring constantly. Do not boil, sauce will get quite thick.
step-5
Marinated strips of chicken skewered on wooden skewers, piercing it in several places. If the barbecue will roast on an open fire, soak the skewers in water to avoid burning. Then at Your discretion – frying on the grill, in a frying pan, you can even in the oven function grill. The meat is prepared very quickly, do not desiccate.
