  • Chicken

    200 g

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

Eggplant wash, cut into thick strips.

Pour over boiling water and wring out slightly.

Fillet wash and cut into strips.

In a high pan pour olive oil.

Heat and fry chicken. Then add the eggplant and cook the mixture over high heat, stirring all the time,10 minutes.

At the end of cooking add soy sauce Kikkoman.

Cool, serve cold. Can be served hot, not less tasty. Bon appetit!
