Ingredients

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Adyghe cheese

    50 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

Cheese grate on a fine grater.

Beetroot, garlic and mayonnaise I milled in a blender (you can just grate it).

Pepper wash, remove seeds and stalk. Stuff the stuffing. Refrigerate for 2 hours. When serving, cut into slices.
