Burek of Filo pastry
Recipes Burek on the website is enough, but allow me to offer the option of cooking Burek in Croatian. Is very quickly eaten even faster!

Ingredients

  • Phyllo dough

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sunflower oil

  • Mineral water

    2 Tbsp

Add in the minced meat ( I have pork and beef, ground twice) grated/twisted 1 large or two small onions, squeeze out 2 teeth. garlic, 1-2 tbsp sunflower oil 2-3 tbsp mineral water ( optional). Salt and pepper to taste. Knead well, return it and let stand the meat for a while, but I often cook at once)

Take one sheet of phyllo dough, sbryznut only a little oil or spread with a special brush. The stuffing is evenly distributed on the surface, but not a lot. And roll up the roll. If the leaves are very thin, you can take two.
