Pancakes with a dense, but incredibly soft and airy texture. Perfect thick toppings, nothing broken and not drained!) I am glad that it is not necessary to grease the griddle and the pancakes with oil, do not stick and stay soft!)
Mix 1 Cup milk with eggs until smooth. Whipping is not necessary. To prepare the flour, sift with baking powder, add a pinch of salt.
To the milk-egg mixture add the flour, mix well. The batter aside.
3 cups of milk pour into a saucepan, add the butter and sugar, bring to boil, remove from heat.
Hot (!) milk gradually, stirring, pour in the batter to avoid lumps. When they appear-to pound with a spoon and then pour the next portion of hot milk.
From the ready test (liquid consistency ) bake the pancakes, without adding oil, until Golden brown. It turns out more than 30 pancakes)
