Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Water

    6 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    400 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

For the dough sift flour, add grated margarine. Quickly cold hands fray to fat crumbs. Add a teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons of sugar. Mix everything.

Slowly, one spoon, pour cold water, stir with a knife. Quickly knead a tight dough. From it formed a ball, wrap in clingfilm and put into the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
