Cake
Once there is no snow on the street, will create a winter mood with the snowflake chocolate :-) Very sweet yeast cake. Recipe found on the Internet.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Yeast

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Pasta chocolate

    100 g

Dissolve yeast with a quarter Cup of water and 1 teaspoon sugar in a small bowl, leave to rest for 10 minutes

Mix the sourdough with flour, salt, sugar and remaining water, knead the dough.

Put the dough in a bowl greased with oil. Cover it with plastic wrap, put in a slightly warm oven with the included convection or write in any warm place.
