Cooking
For cookies we will need: 1. Flour-200 grams. 2. Sour cream-2 tablespoons. 3. Butter or margarine-100 grams. 4. Chicken egg-1 piece. 5. Cheese-200 grams. 6. Salt. 7. Sesame. 8. Nuts salty.
Before cooking, you need butter and cheese to put in some time in the freezer. Take the butter and grate it on a coarse grater.
Add it to the sifted flour, add a pinch of salt and chop with a knife in the crumb. Add two tablespoons of sour cream.
Cheese grate on a fine grater. Add it to the butter and flour. As carefully chop with a knife into crumbs.
Take an egg, separate white from the yolk. The yolk added to the dough. Carefully vymeshivayut. Protein is not discarded, it is useful to us:)
The dough was dense, fairly elastic. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.
