Bread from spelt flour with bran
These cakes made of spelt flour with the bran are a great addition to soup, yogurt and crunch. Perfect for a diet. If someone would think that bran too much, just replace part of the bran with plenty of flour.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Bran

    80 g

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Maple syrup

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    150 ml

It is the necessary products, I use black salt as it is more useful, it can be used with any diet.

Mix the dry ingredients. Separately in 80 ml. of water add sesame oil and Jerusalem artichoke syrup or honey (maple syrup)

Mix liquid with dry ingredients, stir, gradually add approximately 70-80 ml. of water.

You should get here is a sticky dough, not too steep, but not liquid. Cover it with foil and leave for about 1 hour, relax. During this time, bran will swell and the dough will become more dense.

After an hour turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. We spread our dough on a silicone Mat, if you have no Mat, you can use baking paper.

Roll the dough through the paper to a thickness of 3-4 mm, if you want a more crunchy you can roll out to 1-2 mm.

Carefully cut into desired size loaves, lightly pinned with a fork. Bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes, depends on thickness of bread.

That's our bread ready. Eat them as you like, just tea, with soup, with a sandwich, very tasty with honey, you can make a sandwich with cottage cheese and fruit, generally they are good in any form.
