Something similar to mother's milk.

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Liqueur

    3 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    150 g

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Gelatin

    25 g

Soak the gelatin in 100 ml of water. Kefir is divided into two parts, 500 ml in individual bowls, sugar is also divided by 125 grams per two servings. Whisk one half of the yogurt with the sugar, add the nuts and liqueur. Whisk the second half, adding chocolate chips. Melt the gelatin and pour equally into each bowl and mix. You can pour into one large or small molds. First, pour where the chocolate and put in the fridge to cool, and then the second half on top, and 4 hours in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!
