Description
PLUM, the FIG is an ancient traditional Russian delicacy, which was popular several centuries ago, and was called "dry jam", and now undeservedly forgotten. At its core, the Fig is dry marmalade-like sweetness, but not broken, that is beat not white, but rather dark in color, is specially thickened and without added protein, like a marshmallow. It's something between jelly and marshmallow. The figs are prepared from pectin much fruit — apples, quince, plums, mountain ash. We will prepare it baked plums. You can cook from frozen fruit-berries. Kept this Fig a few months.
