Scallops for a loved one
"God loves a Trinity" - I thought and decided to cook another recipe for the contest "give me tonight".

Ingredients

  • Scallop

    8 piece

  • Shallots

    2 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Pumpkin

    100 g

  • Saffron

  • Salt

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Broth

    0.5 cup

  • Dry white wine

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

I took frozen scallops, so first you need to unfreeze how to clean and gently remove from shells, dry.

To prepare mashed pumpkin. Cut finely the leeks and pumpkin. Passeruem them in butter, fill with a small amount of fish broth and leave on low heat to reach readiness.

Then in a water bath whisk two egg yolks (the water should not boil)in a lush foam. Continuing to whisk, add a little fish stock (just 1 tablespoon) and white wine. Salt, pepper. Weight should be lush. Whisk for another 3 minutes then serve with a spoon in shell with scallops.

Then take the mashed pumpkin and leek and gently with a small spoon put these hearts on top of scallop.

Remove all this beauty in the oven for 5-10 minutes. The oven should be preheated to 200 degrees. Then spread on plates and served. With champagne or a dry white wine very tasty! Well without them too!:)
