There are different burgers, there are different schnitzels, most of all my household members love are - with the shortest list of ingredients.

Mix thoroughly beef, egg, bread, salt and pepper, I added no onions or garlic, so be more gentle with no unnecessary odors. To form large schnitzels to 10 centimeters, roll in breadcrumbs and fry on medium heat until tender.
Perfect for mashed potatoes or rice. Bon appetit!
