Cooking
Slice cabbage and onion, combine in bowl
Add sesame seeds and Flaxseed
Fry in it slices of chili pepper
After a couple minutes remove from the frying pan the pieces of the Chile and add to oil, Dijon mustard, sauté a minute and add balsamic vinegar.
Separately on a dry pan, fry the peanuts
Season the salad with a sharp dressing (chilled)
A wonderful salad for dinner!
