Please do not judge strictly - this is my debut on the site. My family and all the guests love this cake, so I chose for the first publication :) Why "chiffon& amp;quot;? Because the composition has a vegetable oil. It turns out very tender, delicious and airy! I looked through the site but haven't found a similar recipe, if not, then I'm sorry!

Cooking
1) Our ingredients (I want to clarify: the products are for 1 cake, but this time I did 1 big double cake).
Mix eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, honey, bicarbonate of soda and put a bowl with the mixture in a water bath. Stir, bring to increase in 2 times.
To enter into an increased mass of 2 cups of flour and stir, boil for 2-3 minutes.
On a table in advance (I have a silicone Mat), pour the remaining 1 Cup of flour and sprinkle the dough. Knead.
Divide the bun into 6-7 pieces (I usually divide by 6).
Roll out the dough thinly and make punctures (not swollen). I have a special cushion and you can do with a fork.
Bake cakes in preheated oven at TEM-PE 200 gr. They bake quickly, about 4-5 minutes. Hot cut the cakes in a circle or rectangle as you like. Cropping will go to sprinkles.
Grease the cakes with cream (cream, butter) and put them on top of each other.
The top and sides of cake sprinkle with crumbs from scraps (I was milled in a blender, but you can with a rolling pin).
