Wheat-rye bread 3 hours
Delicious bread with three types of flour. Cooked very quickly, the result is always excellent: flavorful, tender, with a crispy crust.

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    100 g

    200 g

  • Rye flour

    150 g

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Water

    320 ml

  • Olive oil

    50 ml
