Cupcake
Absolutely not difficult to prepare. It turns out a little moist, soft, fluffy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

RUB the eggs with sugar.

Add yogurt and melted butter. Mix well.

Add soda slaked vinegar, vanilla on the tip of a knife, and flour. All mix well.

The dough consistency should be not thick as sour cream.

Pour the dough in a greased form. Put in preheated oven at 180* for 40 minutes.

While baking the cake, make the frosting. Take the butter, break chocolate and add milk. Put in the microwave and melt (I have a capacity of 700-1,5 minutes).

Mix well until smooth and set to cool.

Take out the cake from the oven and leave to cool slightly.

With a brush apply the glaze to the cupcake.
