My favorite biscuits, with chocolate icing. Fluffy and airy. The dough is simple, easy to work with. Chocolate can take any, even white. I'm sure my buns will love you too. Try it and you will not regret it!

I knead the dough in the bread maker. For those who have not, in warm milk dissolve yeast and 2 tablespoons sugar. Wait until the yeast will rise and there will be a cap. Beat eggs with salt, add the remaining sugar, beat and add soft butter or fat. Pour in the milk, vodka and gradually stir in the flour. Knead a soft dough. If kneading dough by hand, may need a little more flour, a half a Cup. Let it rise 1 hour in warm place.

Divide the dough into 4 parts, from each part to make sausages and each sausage cut into equal pieces.
