Rollmops with prunes and walnuts
Rollmops is a dish of North-German specialities, and common also in the Baltic States. Classic rollmops prepared from fillet of fresh herring, which boil in the marinade, stuffed with carrots and onions and rolled into rolls. I want to offer to your attention a very unusual variant of this snack.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    4 piece

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

The herring to cut, remove all the bones. Sprinkle fillets with vegetable oil and vinegar. You can buy ready-made fillet)))

Prepare the filling: prunes pour boiling water, leave for 20-30 minutes, drain the water, dry and finely chop. Finely chop nuts.

Mix the nuts and prunes, add a little vegetable oil and mayonnaise, about one tablespoon. I used vegetable mayonnaise " Maheev ". If you are not a fast option, you can add butter and mayonnaise you normally use.
