I want to offer you a salad "Salad" with garlic-ginger croutons. Juicy and crisp!

Ingredients

  • Bread

  • Sunflower oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Cabbage

    0.5 cup

  • Pickled cucumber

    1 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

Lenten bread cut into slices of desired size.

In sunflower oil add the chopped garlic.

Add the ground ginger.

Pour the oil with garlic and ginger in a frying pan and fry the bread.
