Pate herring with avocado
Spicy paste that can be fed into the tartlets, use as a spread or as a sauce-dip!

Ingredients

  • Herring

    300 g

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Green olives

    0.5 can

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 tsp

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Herring and avocado cut into cubes, olives drain the liquid. Prepared foods chop blender.

In the resulting mass add the mustard and Worcestershire sauce, whisking until smooth.

Add yogurt, blend again. Put into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
