My culinary journey - contest "new year tastes of the planet" came to an end. How many interesting things we learned while traveling. And it would be unfair not to talk about Christmas culinary traditions of the country where you were born and live! Besbarmak is the main national dish of Kazakhs.

Cooking
1. Boil the meat until tender.
2. When the meat is ready, boil the same broth medium chopped potatoes.
3. Also in the broth boil jimu (pellet). I have used ready, which is convenient. If not possible, then knead the dough from flour, broth, 2 eggs and salt. Divide the dough into several parts. Each piece thinly roll out, let dry and cut into rectangles.
4. Onions cut into half rings, add black pepper. Pour the hot broth. Allow to stand for.

6. Meat on top of your potatoes.
7. On top of the potatoes - zaimu.
8. Pour the broth with onions (tuzluca).
9. To besbarmak is usually served in kisiko ARPU (broth).
