Cooking
To prepare our magic cookie, we'll start with Rustem butter to room temperature. Cut butter in small pieces, to quickly melted and set aside the time aside.
Take any nuts and slightly roast them. I took almonds but you can use cashews, pistachios, walnuts, etc., or a mixture of them. Instead of nuts you can use 3 tbsp. of Apple, or other fruit puree.
If you like, and I decided to bake cookies with nuts, then grind them in a blender (or use ready crushed nuts from the store)
And mix with the flour, semolina, salt and baking powder. Stir and set aside.
Now we need to carefully whip our melted butter. For this you can use a spoon, whisk, or mixer. You must first beat the butter, and then, continuing to whisk, gradually pour powdered sugar. Should be white, light and airy cream. If you have the crushed cardamom, then be sure to add 1 teaspoon to the cream. It must be done simultaneously with powdered sugar when you churn butter.
Now sprinkle in our flour mixture into cream
And knead the dough. It is best to knead with hands.
On a dry baking sheet to form a rectangle measuring about 20 x 25 cm, or a little more. I used less ingredients, so my boxes in the pictures a smaller size. Lines on the surface of space 24 cookies and pierce the surface of the dough with a fork every 2.5 cm or a little more. Bake cookies in the oven at 120 degrees for 1 hour until pale Golden (not brown!) color.
Ready, remove cookie from oven and immediately sprinkle white or better brown (cane) sugar. Cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes and cut along the planned lines.
Our wonderful cookie ready! Be happy and healthy! Bon appetit!
