Description
Vegetables, baked in the oven, have a more intense flavor! Pack the more delicate of them in foil and you can forget about them for 40 minutes, occasionally turning from side to side... the Eggplant is quite play "butcher" role. Very interesting dish!!!

Cooking
Bake in the oven for your favorite vegetables. When they are ready, put to boil pasta.
With peppers, tomato, eggplant, remove skin from tomatoes and remove seeds. All the vegetables finely chop. In a heated pan pour in the olive oil, add chopped garlic, onions (baked), seasonings, Italian herbs (dry), mix well and then a couple of minutes. Add chopped vegetables, calcined in the pan the walnuts, mix well. Fry for 2-3 minutes so that the vegetables have absorbed the spices.
This mozzarella and ham I used.
Drain pasta, put in a fireproof dish, add the vegetables, mozzarella, mix well. Put in the preheated oven for 5 minutes so the mozzarella is slightly melted. Remove from oven, add ham, fresh herbs. To be served immediately!!!
