Pasta-FIDEUA Catalan
This is one of my favorite dishes, I first tried it in Cambrils (Catalonia). There are many variations of cooking, but I made a recipe one of my friends cooks.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    300 g

  • Cuttlefish

    300 g

  • Green bell pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Broth

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

On a heated pan in a little olive oil, fry the finely chopped onion, garlic and pepper for about 10 minutes, add Bay leaf and black pepper.

Add the cuttlefish or squid and fry for another 5 minutes.

In another pan in a little olive oil, fry our makaroshki until Golden brown. In fact, ideally, the pasta should be fried together with vegetables and cuttlefish, but since she gave the juice, then I had to do it in another pan.

Add the macaroni to the vegetables and pour the broth so that it barely covers the contents of the pan. (I always add broth to the eye, poured a little and, when absorbed, add more.) And leave for 7-8 minutes to absorb the broth, stirring occasionally. When your pasta is ready, you can begin to eat.

Well, that's all! Our fideua ready, usually it is served with garlic mayonnaise(all i oli), and my husband likes it a little sprinkle with lemon juice. Bon appetit!
