Apple grate. I use the Apple directly to the skin, but if the Apple purchase with a wax coating, pre-clean it from the skin. Add the cheese and egg.

When serving you can sprinkle with cinnamon. Soufflé holds its shape well and is tasty warm and cold. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Total for 100 grams: protein of 10.35 g; fats of 2.28 g; carbohydrates 5.61 g. Calorie 85.76 kcal. 1 thing about 70 gr.
