Salad with chicken, peppers and carrots
The salad is light and juicy at the expense of vegetables, but at the same time satisfying, because in composition there is a chicken.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

Pepper (I had half of two different peppers) and carrots to clean, cut into strips.

Chicken breast boil for 40 minutes. To separate the meat from the bones and skin, cut into small pieces. Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Stir peppers, carrots, the chicken, add the garlic passed through the press. Season the salad with mayonnaise or sour cream.
