Lecho from Mironovna
We already have red bell pepper, and in anticipation of future pieces, I want to share a recipe that I got from my colleagues a few years ago. All the ladies at work annually make Lecho for this recipe, and as usual each family it is in its own way, with their taste. There are a lot of recipes Lecho, but they differ from it.

Ingredients

  • Red sweet pepper

  • Tomato

    4.5 kg

  • Onion

    2 kg

  • Vegetable oil
