Description
Anything Russian soul? - favorite potatoes, meat, tomatoes, more fresh herbs... All of these products are successfully combined in this salad. Say, that the taste of the salad largely depends on the spices, take only the most flavorful, freshly ground is better.

Cooking
For dressing mix all the ingredients : olive oil or vegetable odorless 1 tsp. anise powder, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, finely chopped garlic, a pinch of salt.
Pork fillet cut into thin wedges, onion rings.
Chopped meat salt and pepper to taste, combine with leeks. For the marinade mix all the ingredients together and mount to the meat. Mix well, marinate for 20-30 minutes.
New potatoes boiled in their skins, peel, cut into fairly large. Small tomatoes cut into 4 segments.
In a non-stick pan to warm up 1st. L. Rast. of butter and fry meat with leeks and marinade over high heat for 3 minutes, then the fire abated, cover the pan with a lid and let simmer for about 10 minutes not forgetting to stir.
In a deep bowl that you can cover, send all the components of the salad : sliced potatoes and tomatoes, meat with leeks, green peas and chopped fresh herbs (generous). Add the previously prepared dressing, a little salt and 1/2 tsp. of the mixture of black and white pepper, mix well. Cover with a lid. Leave for an hour. During this time, several times lightly shake the lettuce under cover. Before serving, salt the salad if necessary.
