Delicious donuts with Apple jam.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Salt

    5 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    15 g

  • Vegetable oil

    30 g

  • Water

    190 g

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Jam

Dissolve the yeast with water and sugar, add salt, egg and gradually mix in the flour. Put the dough in the refrigerator for up to one and a half hours. When ready cut dough into portions of 50-60g. Make scones and put jam, forming a donut. Fry in hot oil on all sides. Ready donuts sprinkle sugar powder.
