Plennik with condensed milk and blackcurrant
Millet porridge my kids don't eat, but after tasting the "pie" (they call it that!), - was in the uttermost delight! Millet is reminiscent of nuts, condensed milk adds sweetness and berries - unique taste!

Ingredients

  • Millet

    200 g

  • Condensed milk

    0.66 can

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    10 piece

  • Black currants

    100 g

Cooking

Boil the millet until soft, 7 minutes. Let the water drain out.

For this recipe I took the millet bags TM Mistral.

Add the oil, then the condensed milk.

Mix well, add currants.

Spread in a greased form.

Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Serve. Bon appetit!
