Offer to make easy, juicy and very tasty salad with arugula and canned tuna. The salad turns out to be quite diet because it contains two of the product with a negative calorie content. The salad was delicious, and long enough to not get bored.

Cooking
For making luscious and healthy salad with tuna you will need - canned tuna, red bell pepper, olives, celery, arugula, oil "Oleyna", a small piece of lemon, salt and pepper. All the vegetables wash and dry.
Vegetables finely chop. Celery clear from coarse fibers, if any. Slice.
Pepper to clear of seeds and cut into small dice.
Olives cut arbitrarily, but not large.
Drain juice from cans of tuna. Mix in a bowl the tuna and chopped vegetables. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle lightly with lemon juice and fill with sunflower refined oil.
Now serve portion salad on plates. Put a handful of arugula, and sprinkle the salads. You can still additionally drizzle with oil.
